Here’s a major pet peeve: brands who ask for feedback and do nothing with it.
I can understand that not all feedback is actionable, and not all company’s have the resources available to actually do something with the feedback they collect (in which case you are likely better off not asking for it)….but if you solicit feedback from consumers, there is an expectation on the part of the consumer that you will do something with it….That you are not wasting their time, and not blowing the goodwill that comes from being a ‘listening’ brand.
What’s worse, when you promise communication and fail to take action. Don’t be a listening goof.
