Former Foresee Results executive brings more than 20 years of sales leadership to OpinionLab

Chicago, IL – July 09, 2014 – OpinionLab, the global leader in omnichannel Voice of Customer solutions, announced the appointment of Jim Suszka as Executive Vice President of Sales. Suszka joins OpinionLab from Foresee Results and brings more than 20 years of experience in driving enterprise sales strategies and generating revenue growth. In his new role, he will oversee global sales activities for OpinionLab as companies increasingly rely on Voice of Customer (VOC) to drive a superior customer experiences across all channels.

Suszka joins at a time of growth as OpinionLab continues to innovate new ways to leverage real-time feedback to drive superior customer experiences. Suszka is a thirty year industry veteran with a strong background in early stage technology companies. He has deep experience in data and analytics, and is renowned for taking technically advanced products to expanding global markets. Before joining OpinionLab, Suszka led the sales team at Foresee Results where he was responsible for new business growth and recurring revenue for existing clients. Under his management, Foresee was able to build an initial client base, gain market traction in several new industries, and significantly grow its existing client relationships.

Prior to joining Foresee in 2007, Suszka was vice president of sales at Adventace, a leading global sales management consulting firm. At Adventace, Suszka was responsible launching The High Performance Sales Environment (HPSE), a successful next generation sales methodology. He has also held executive sales positions at Warburg Pincus Ventures, White Cross Systems and Metier – Artemis.
