Seasoned tech executive to accelerate growth to meet surging market demand for omnichannel Voice of Customer solutions

Chicago, IL May 19, 2014 — OpinionLab, the global leader in omnichannel Voice of Customer solutions, today announced the appointment of Sean Fallon as CEO. In this role, Fallon will build on OpinionLab’s proven record of innovation and client success to accelerate growth and scale operations. His appointment comes as global leaders in every industry embrace Voice of Customer to generate better experiences across web, mobile and physical touchpoints.

Rand Nickerson, OpinionLab’s co-founder who served as CEO since the company’s inception, will assume the role of Executive Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer. “I am extraordinarily proud of the business and culture we’ve created at OpinionLab,” said Nickerson. “Sean is an incredible leader with the right experience to help us seize this rapidly growing market opportunity. I am very excited to work together to accelerate our momentum.”

Fallon brings extensive technology, operations and growth-stage experience to his position as OpinionLab CEO. Fallon most recently served as COO and CFO of BigMachines, where he led the SaaS business through its successful acquisition by Oracle in November 2013. Prior to that, he was CEO of Accero, a leading on-demand human capital management software and solutions provider.  He has also served as an executive-in-residence with Austin Ventures and CFO of Trilogy Software.
