    Before joining OpinionLab, Sean was COO and CFO of enterprise Quote-to-Cash SaaS provider BigMachines where he led its successful acquisition by Oracle. Prior to that, Sean served as CEO of Accero, a leading human capital management software provider, as an executive-in-residence with Austin Ventures and as CFO of Trilogy Software.

    President & Chief Technology Officer

    Mark leads all aspects of customer operations to ensure clients realize the full value of OpinionLab to improve their business operations. A serial inventor and digital pioneer, Mark has been active in the Voice of Customer space for more than two decades and is a trusted customer experience advisor to many of the world’s best-known brands.

    Before founding OpinionLab, Mark co-founded Corporate Performance Resources and was a member of the Multimedia Factory at Andersen Consulting.

  • Barry Atkinson

    VP Technology and Operations

    Barry leads software development and technical operations to deliver innovation, and scale OpinionLab’s enterprise Software-as-a-Service architecture.

    Barry has a passion for user experience and user interface design with practical expertise across cloud architecture, platform development, data collection at scale, real-time data analysis, mobile strategy, web services, and scaling high availability, fault tolerant technology platforms.

    Before OpinionLab, Barry held hardware and software engineering, development and architecture leadership roles at an array of high growth technology leaders including Gogo, Matrx Broadband Technology, 3Com and AirTouch.

  • Rick Blair

    SVP, Products

    Rick leads product management – including product development, product launch, business intelligence and ongoing product optimization – to anticipate the market-driven needs of OpinionLab’s rapidly evolving enterprise customers.

    Rick has broad technical expertise and extensive client and agency experience spanning web analytics, customer-experience management, interactive marketing, and e-commerce. Prior to OpinionLab, Rick held leadership roles at Equity Residential, Razorfish, MVP.com, and Accenture.

    VP, Finance

    Drew applies business and financial acumen to efficiently scale business operations.

    Drew has extensive experience driving repeatable growth through data-driven decision-making tools, financial analysis, reporting, and compliance. His background also includes leading due diligence transactions in a variety of industries.

    Prior to OpinionLab, Drew held a number of finance and accounting leadership roles including Controller at Oracle and BigMachines.

    General Counsel

    Kristen provides counsel on all legal, regulatory and compliance matters.

    Recently recognized by her peers with the prestigious First Chair award, Kristen’s expertise in contract law negotiation, intellectual property and information policy guides OpinionLab’s aggressive growth.

    Prior to OpinionLab, Kristen was Partner and Managing Attorney at Kristen T. Shaheen, Esq., Attorney at Law & Associates, LLP.

    EVP, Customer Experience

    Beth leads the team responsible for growing existing customer relationships.

    For more than 18 years, Beth has managed client-service teams across a range of industries, including financial services, travel, telecommunications, and consumer-packaged goods.

    Before OpinionLab, Beth launched the services division at start-up eMind.com and consulted various financial services and technology organizations on customer engagement.

    EVP, Sales

    Jim leads the global sales team and is responsible for new business growth. With more than 20 years of experience in value selling and enterprise sales strategy, Jim has a proven track record of accelerating growth in the enterprise software industry.

    Prior to OpinionLab, Jim led sales at enterprise SaaS survey provider Foresee Results where he significantly scaled new and recurring revenue. He also held a variety of sales leadership roles at Adventace, Warburg Pincus Ventures, White Cross Systems and Metier-Artemis.

    Tim leads the marketing function to improve market visibility, drive customer acquisition and increase customer lifetime value.

    Tim is a veteran technology marketing leader with 20 years of hands-on experience aggressively growing brands, leading dozens of product launches and driving significant revenue growth in highly competitive environments.

    Prior to OpinionLab, Tim held a variety of marketing leadership roles across start-ups and market leaders including Green Edge Technologies, Geofeedia, Lawson Products, Motorola and AT&T.​

    Executive Chairman & Chief Strategy Officer

    With decades of experience as a proven technology entrepreneur and visionary, Rand positions OpinionLab to benefit from nascent customer needs and emerging market trends.

    Before founding OpinionLab to pioneer a unique approach to strategic customer experience metrics, Rand invented and commercialized the first digital television audience response system. He later launched several successful enterprise measurement technologies to enable advertising testing, media measurement, web-based user-experience optimization and mobile feedback.

    Rand holds numerous patents in measurement technology.
