We’re anywhere. And everywhere.

We often find ourselves explaining why Voice of Customer is so important and how we’re changing the way companies collect feedback. We used this video in lieu of the two minute vendor pitch at a recent tradeshow…I find it sounds way too rushed when vendors try and pitch their value proposition in 120 seconds, and I think this speaks for itself.

But in case you do want to talk it out, let me know; I’ll have the soapbox ready.
