The SOI provides an index for subscribers to benchmark
their monthly performance relative to previous months' and to a
reference opinion index (ROI). The SOI is derived from a proprietary
algorithm that takes into account your website's overall rating,
its content, design and usability ratings, its trend month-to-month
and its score compared to other websites.
