OpinionLab's Scatter Plot presents a quadrant analysis that measures the importance of each Web page (measured by the number of ratings received for that page) relative to the user satisfaction of that Web page (measured by the page mean rating). The Scatter Plot allows site managers to identify pages that are important but rated poorly.
