OpinionLab Selected by USA TODAY to Harness The Power of Real-Time Feedback

Innovative voice of customer solution provides USA TODAY with precise insight into what readers need and want from its redesigned website – now and in the future

As part of its long-term initiative, USA TODAY launched OpinionLab to systematically collect and interpret readers’ feedback on the USATODAY.com beta site that featured the new design. With the redesign launched in full now, USA TODAY has implemented OpinionLab’s opt-in, customized comment cards across its properties to ensure that readers’ voices continue to make the experience as robust as possible.
