We use cookie technology when we accept page-rating data using the DialogCentral icon to determine if a page has already been rated. Additionally, we plant a cookie to remember if the user has ever rated any page using DialogCentral. Inside this cookie, we assign a unique ID that is associated with every future rating.
Information provided by website users through the DialogCentral icon is collected by OpinionLab, Inc. and is made available to the website manager according to the type of reporting service they request. When a user registers to create an account with us or requests files, we collect the user's name, job title, phone number, email address, company name, industry and mailing address. In addition, if a user purchases our products, we collect their billing information such as credit card number, credit card type, credit card expiration date and billing address. We only use billing information to process your order. We use subscriber contact information from the registration forms to send information about our company should the subscriber request to receive such information. Subscribers may opt-out of receiving future mailings (see the choice/opt-out section below). All information is kept confidential.
