It was 1998, and we were sketching out plans for a quick, online rating system: a convention that any industry could turn to for insight into their customers and the consumer landscape in general.
No one had done it before. But we’ve always been visionaries, and it didn’t take us long to recognize that the idea had wings. Within no time, patents were filed, prototypes were built, and clients were signing on.
For many years, adoption of our enterprise Voice of Customer (VoC) solutions spread virally, growing on the strength of our powerful stream of VoC innovations. New clients joined as they heard about our pioneering solution and began recognizing our [+] feedback symbol on sites all over the web.
